Scott has been SRi Forensic's corporate advisor almost from its inception. The company has worked exclusively with him since 2005 where his knowledge of company law has proved invaluable.
Scott advises SRi in relation to a wide range of corporate matters, including joint ventures, investments and business relationships.
His experience also includes advising on intellectual property, raising funds and making investments via tax advantageous schemes.
Scott is a partner at Myerson Solicitors LLP, an independent Law firm based in South Manchester.
